I'm glad that you're with someone who you clearly have a long affection and trust for.

Though... aren't you worried that, should something go wrong in the romantic relationship, it might harm your friendship?
That would concern me, were I you.

Oh we're already walking a fine line.

Childhood friends. Roommates. Dating. A triple threat.

It's definitely something I considered. However, I think that's a bridge best left not worried about until it needs to be crossed. We've only ever had a couple of arguments, and they were about really stupid things. It should be fine.

I see. I genuinely do hope that works out for the best, then. It would be a shame to have that friendship damaged if something goes wrong in the romance. Not that I have any real reason to think that it might. Obviously, you know your situation better than I do. I think I'm just something of a pessimist.
